James Richard Clarkson

James Richard Clarkson                                                 December 31, 2024 James Richard Clarkson, 69 of Charlottesville, Va. passed away on December 31, 2024. He was born on March 29, 1955 to the late Wilbur Lee Clarkson and Peggy Ethel Clarkson. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Peggy Jane Clarkson. He is survived by his daughter, Megan Clarkson; sister, Deborah Clarkson; niece, Angela Fitzgerald; and many other nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at Preddy Funeral Home in Madison, Va. with Bob Slaven officiating. Interment will be in Jonesboro Cemetery in Roseland, Virginia. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the funeral home.
