Samantha Jo Thomas-Hollingsworth, 40 of Ruckersville, Va., passed away on July 4, at her home. She was born on August 10, 1984 to the late Patricia Ann Deane Thomas.
Sammy Jo loved her family including all the nieces and nephews. She was very thankful she was able to attend her own celebration of life. The family wishes to thank those who were able to attend and enjoy time with Sammy Jo.
She is survived by her father, Kenneth Lee Thomas; husband, Shawn Hollingsworth; daughters, Morgen Sprouse and Rosie Sprouse; sons, Steven Sprouse and Liam Hollingsworth; brother, Bobby Thomas and Kenny Thomas; sisters, Joyce Lynn Thomas and Casey Cox.
