Joshua Brent Estes

Joshua Brent Estes, 40 of Aroda, Va passed peacefully at his home on November 16, 2025.

He was born December 5, 1984 to Jonas Welford Estes III and Brenda Sparks Estes. Josh was preceded in death by his sister, Jana Frances Estes(16 months old) and grandmother, Frances Twyman Sparks.

Josh enjoyed many hobbies, including, dirt bikes, four wheelers, fishing, cooking, music and most of all hockey.

He is survived by his brother, Jonas Estes, his daughters, Leighann Estes(20), Abigail Estes(17), and Harley Estes(9). His son, Joshua Estes(15). Along with his niece, Brittany Merryman(Estes) and his nephew, Jonas Estes. Who he always thought of as his kids too.
His significant other, Amanda Downs.
Along with three best friends, Travis Scott, Brandon Deane and Thomas McDaniel Jr.

A private family burial service will be held.
