Elvin Conley

Elvin Conley, 83, of Stanardsville, VA, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in Stanardsville. He was born on February 8, 1943, in Geer, VA, and was the son of the late Lloyd Lee Conley and Callie Roach Conley. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Edith Morris Conley; his brothers, Elwood, Edward, and Elbert Conley. He is survived by his daughter, Angela Conley; son, Elvin Scott Conley; his stepchildren, Barbara “Geanie” (Greg), Kay Rogers (Walter), Thomas Conley (Barbara), and Betty Roach (Wayne); grandchildren, Erica Lovingood (Brad), Christopher Snead; his great-grandchildren, Aaliyah Lovingood, Ava Lovingood, and Raelyn Lovingood; nephews, Carlton and Dale Conley. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Preddy Funeral Home in Madison is in charge of the arrangements.
