Tommy Clore

Tommy Clore, 84 of Leon, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2026 at VCU in Richmond, VA. He was born on August 11, 1942, to the late James William Clore, Sr. and Beaulah Nicholson Clore. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Emma Jean Snow Clore; and brother, James William Clore, Jr. Tommy was a long-time farmer; he also enjoyed woodcrafts and making furniture. He is survived by his daughter, Doris Jean Clore of Leon; son, Eddie M. Clore of Wolftown; sister, Kitty Shifflett, and husband, Mike of Leon; grandchild, Travis Clore, and wife, Kendra; and great-granddaughters Trinity Grace Clore and Izzy Carr. The family wishes to thank caregiver, Tara Massey Wilson, for taking great care of our Dad. A private service will be held at a later date.
