Our dear Christie flew to heaven on February 5, 2026. Christie was a very caring and loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend. Christie worked hard, put herself through college and graduated from VCU. She was employed with Louisa County Public Schools and excelled in every way.
Survivors include her husband David, sons Parker, Preston, and Peyton; Parents Coy and Betsy Cooper, brother Steve Cooper, and many family and friends.
Service will be held on February 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Preddy Funeral Home in Gordonsville, Virginia. Family viewing at 10 AM. Internment Private.
