Donna Marie Snow Morris                             September 16, 2025 Donna Marie Snow Morris of Dyke, Va. passed away on September 16, 2025 at VCU in Richmond, Va. surrounded by her husband and children. She was born September 7, 1956, the daughter of the late Ruth and Ernest Snow. Donna was preceded in death by her siblings Patsy Waldron and Debra Spraker. Cherishing her memories are her husband Frankie Morris and children Crystal Fisher, husband Robert and Thomas “Beanie” Morris, wife Krystal; grandchildren Austin Williams and Trenton Fisher, step-grandchildren Rylie Deane and Emerie Shifflett; great-grandchild Jackson Williams. Siblings: Alice Snow, Tommy Snow (Jo Ann), Kathy Morris (Rodney) and Gayle Leake (Jeff).
Donna’s unwavering love for her husband of 52 years, family, friends and co-workers are immeasurable. She always had a sweet smile with a kind heart even with her Life’s health struggles. Sunday dinners with her family was something Donna enjoyed and looked forward to enjoying her favorite macaroni and “maters”, topped off with a slice of yellow cake with chocolate frosting or cheesecake. She loved the being a country girl with a love for country music. Her visits to Pigeon Forge and seeing the Christmas Lights was an enjoyment to her.
Donna was a dedicated worker and took great pride in her job and always spoke fondly of her bosses, friends and co-workers. Her kindness was infectious and will be remembered by many for a lifetime. When you were graced with her presence you knew you were loved and special. Her servant’s heart, always placing others happiness and well-being above all else, lending a helping hand attitude and zeal for life were traits that Donna carried with mastery.
Family, Friends, Co-Workers and ALL who knew her are invited to come together at Nortonsville Church of God on September 19 at 10:00 for family visitation and service at 11:00 a.m. A burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery at Dyke, Va. following the service. Preddy Funeral Home of Madison will be in charge of arrangements.
