Garland Ray Collins

Garland Ray Collins of Bealton passed away Friday, April 10, 2027 in Arlington, Virginia. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ashley Hawkins.

He is survived by his mother, Glenda Kae Hawkins and her husband Ralph Hawkins; father, Matthew Byrd Collins of Culpeper; daughters, Breake Birckhead of Louisa, Lula Rose of Elkwood; son, Ashton Birckhead of Louisa; and a brother, Joseph Hawkins of Stanardsville.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
