Alice Faye Cosner

Alice Faye Cosner                        September 22, 2025 Alice Faye Cosner, 86 of Madison,
Va. passed away on September 22, 2025 at The Harbor in Stanardsville, Va.   She was born on April 20, 1939 to late
William Herbert Shifflett, Sr. and Virginia Mae Shifflett Armstrong.  She was preceded in death by her three husbands,
Jerry Weakley, John Cubbage and Waverly Cosner; brothers, Kenneth Shifflett and
W. H. Shifflett; and sister, Ruby Cheatham.

She worked for 43 years for
Wrangler and also worked at Chick’Fil-A.

She is survived by her daughter,
Anita Yowell and husband Robbie; a son, David Weakley; step children, Johnny
Cubbage and wife Wanda, Teddy Cosner and wife Tina, McKinley Cosner and wife
Tonya; grandchildren, Jason Yowell, Ashley Yowell, Tristan Weakley;
step-grandchildren, Shelley Carter, Dorothy Cosner, Mason Cosner;
great-grandchildren, Cooper DeBoer, Charlotte DeBoer, Zoe Yowell, John Carter,
Joshua Carter.

We would like to thank Trinity Hospice
and The Harbor for the great care that was given to our mother.  She genuinely loved all those who cared for
her and treated her with love.

A celebration of life will be
held at a later date.
