Anita Rose Buhneing

Anita Rose Buhneing, 86 of Keswick, Va. passed away on December 5, 2023 at Autumn Care of Madison. She was born on July 29, 1937 to the late Albert Roth and Lillian Watson Miller. Anita was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Derryl Totton; brother, John Paul Roth; and grandson, William J. Soper.

She was a professional artist and had a bachelor’s degree in art. Her artwork is beloved by many throughout the country. Anita loved sharing her talents with all of her students throughout her life.

She is survived by her daughters, Debra Jo Soper of Locust Grove, and Karen Rose Beveridge and husband Alan of Keswick; sons Steven Buhneing of Charlottesville and William Derryl Totton of Okeechobee, Fl.; brother, Daniel Roth and wife Becky of Indiana; grandchild, Alyssa Beveridge.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
