Beatrice Powell, 87 of Orange, Va. passed away on Friday, October 27, 2023 at Dogwood Village. She was born on March 14, 1936 to the late Herbert Jackson Powell and Mary Edith Geer Powell. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Ruby, Pearl, and Jane.
She worked and retired from Virginia Metal Products in Orange, Va.
She is survived by a nephew, Harold Lloyd Carpenter, Jr. of Brightwood; great-nephew, Tyler Atkins; great nieces, Caitlin, Carlee, Cassie Carpenter, Katy Haney, Tracey Carter, and Heather Wulf.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at Preddy Funeral Home in Orange, Va.
