Bennie Lee Hurt

Bennie Lee Hurt, 83 of Criglersville passed away on October 31, 2023 at his home. He was born on February 15, 1940 to the late Charles Edward Hurt and Ola Cubbage Hurt. He was also preceded in death by a son, Bennie Randolph Hurt.

He is survived by his wife, Lois Virginia Cave Hurt; two daughters, Donna H. Yowell and husband, Glen of Etlan; Amy Hurst and husband; Joe; two son, Rex Hurt and wife, Becky; Adam Hurt and wife, Jessica all of Criglersville; a daughter-in-law, Bonnie Ann Hurt of Wolftown and eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 3, 2023 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison conducted by Pastor Donnie Sherfey. The interment will follow in Shiloh Criglersville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Madison.
