Cecil William Grimm, Jr., 67 of Aroda, Va., passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at his home. He was born on October 3, 1956 to the late Cecil William Grimm, Sr. and Luvenia Angeline Neff Grimm. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Penny Ann Dobyns Grimm and daughter, Heather Grimm.
He retired from logging after many years. He enjoyed playing cards with friends and playing horseshoes.
He is survived by his sons, Jeffrey Dobyns and wife Kristi, and Jeremy Dobyns; step-daughter, Jennifer Dobyns; Taylor Cook, whom he thought of as a daughter; brothers, Charles Grimm and Jeffrey Grimm; sisters, Jeanie Forbes, Cathy Seale, Sue Brinkley, and Terry Johnson; grandchildren, Kristopher, Kody, and Kelsey Dobyns; numerous nieces and nephews.
