Donald Edward Sours

Donald E. Sours Sr., died October 31, 2023, at his home in Keswick, Va.

He is survived by his wife, Josephine Sours; his six children, Diana Davis of Oakland, California, Robert of Albemarle, Rick of Orange, Debra Savage of Albemarle, Donald Jr., and Thomas of Charlottesville, and their spouses; his sister, Sandra Falvey of Fairfax, Virginia; his brother, Harold Sours of Atlanta, Georgia; six grandsons; and one granddaughter.

Donald was a proud product of Virginia public schools: Washington Lee High School and The University of Virginia Engineering School, Class of 1958. He was also a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity at UVA.

Honoring his request, there will be no formal service, and burial will be private.
