Eddie Lee Bache

Eddie Lee Bache, Sr., 73, of Unionville, Va. passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024 at his home. He was born on May 4, 1950. He was the son of the late Edward Wood Bache and Cecil Rowena Jenkins Bache. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Warren Grant Bache and Richard Evan Bache; and sister, Joyce Ellen Weakley.

Eddie is survived by his daughters, Shawn Lynn Spencer and husband Barry of Greene, and Dawn Lea Backe of Barboursville; son, Eddie Lee Backe and wife Angela of Radiant; brother, Robert Marshall Bache of Culpeper; sister, Gloria Kathryn Aylor and husband Jimmy; grandchildren, Julian Evan Backe of Greene, Thomas Lee Backe, Zachariah James Backe, Andrew Lewis Backe, and Emilyn Grace Backe, all of Radiant, Va.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday, January 22, 2024 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison with Pastor Jeff Shifflett officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at the funeral home.
