Frances Louise Jenkins

Frances Louise Jenkins, 77 of Madison, passed away at here home on Saturday, March 23, 2024. She was born on February 2. 1947 to the late Norbert Lloyd and Fannie Paige Layton Lloyd. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry L. Jenkins; and brother, Andrew J. Lloyd.

She is survived by her daughters, Teri Mills and husband Steve of Fredericksburg, Wendy Brown and husband Willie of Asheville, N.C., Tina Horner of Fredericksburg, and Cindy Jasper and husband Danny of Madison; eight grandchildren, Brittany Kyser and Steve Mills, Toby Brown and Lacy Brown, Devin Horner and Kyle Horner, Dannielle Jasper and Amanda Jasper; two-great-grandchildren, Nathaniel Horner and Xeniya Horner; special friend, Daniel Cave; brother, William Lloyd; and sister, Sarah Lowe.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison with interment in Walkers Church Cemetery. Pastor Greg Miller will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the funeral home.
