Frank Leo Feliciano
Frank Leo Feliciano passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2026, in his home after a long battle with congestive heart failure, surrounded by family. Frank was born on October 30, 1951, in Philadelphia, PA, to Leoncio and Leocadia Feliciano. Frank was the oldest of six children. He is preceded in death by his mother Leocadia Feliciano. Frank is survived by his wife of 33 years, Susan Feliciano; his mother-in-law Joyce Haney and brother-in-law David Haney. He is survived by his siblings: Efrain and Patricia Feliciano, Faith Feliciano and Joaquin Joaco, Mario Feliciano, Charles and Gloria Feliciano, and Bernadette Feliciano-Finlay and Ken Finlay. Frank also has numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and other family and friends that were very special to him. Frank was a devout Catholic his whole life. He always put God first, and then family and friends. He was a kind and generous man and was well respected. He never met a stranger and could talk to anyone he met and make them feel comfortable. He was a member of Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Palmyra, Va. for over 35 years. He was also very active with the Knights of Columbus. The family would like to thank Hospice of the Piedmont and special friend and nurse Lee McDaniel, for taking such good care of Frank. Also, thank you to everyone who checked on Frank and visited him, plus all the video calls and phone calls, during his illness.
