Gina Anne Faulk, 49 of Madison, passed away Friday June 28, 2024 in Charlottesville. She was born August 4, 1974 in Charlottesville and was the daughter of the late James Randolph Faulk.
Gina was employed by The Culpeper for many years.
She is survived by her mother, Anne Carol Faulk; brother, Aaron Faulk and wife Kristi and their children Ethan and Mason Faulk; special friend Andy Geer all of Madison; uncle, Tom Griffith of Rhode Island, aunt Jane Griffith of Culpeper, and Mathew Maples who she treated like a son.
A private funeral service will be held at a later date.
Preddy Funeral Home in Madison is assisting the family.
