Jeanette M. Wood

Jeanette M. Wood passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 92. She is preceded in death by her husband Herbert Wood; sisters Luttie Mooney, Arlene Huff, Virginia Brown, Mildred Garrison, and Nettie Garrison; and her brother Matrona Wood.

She is survived by her son Jerome (Ann) Wood of Earlysville; her grandson Jason (Kim) Wood of Barboursville; and her great granddaughter, Liliana Wood, also of Barboursville. She is also survived by brothers Leroy (Ester) Wood of Red Hill and Maurice (Ann) Wood of Fluvanna; and many nieces and nephews and extended family members.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Holly Memorial Gardens.
