Kimberly Jo Gallo

Kimberly Jo Gallo, 65, of Charlottesville, Virginia, passed away peacefully at Morningside of Charlottesville on Monday, December 4, 2023.

She was born on February 28, 1958, in Morgantown, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Phillip Allen Gallo, and Brenda Ann LaBauve.

Kimberly, a graduate of West Virginia University and University of Virginia, worked in the healthcare industry as an operating room nurse and later as a billing specialist. She was a member of the Church of the Incarnation, Charlottesville, Va.

Kimberly is survived by her brother, Phillip Allen Gallo III (Chip), his wife, Christine and their daughter Julia Carter and her husband Ethan Carter; a nephew Asa Paige Gallo, an uncle, Ted Edward DuCharm; cousins, William (Bill) Chabreck and his wife, Jean; and Breck Chabreck and his wife, Nancy.

A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 11, 2023, at the Church of the Incarnation. Committal will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, December 11, at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery in Virginia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross.
