Mary Ann McClung

Mary Ann McClung, 72 of Ruckersville, Va. passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2024 in Charlottesville, Va. She was born on September 1, 1951 to the late Rev. Don Walker and Iva Marie Cogar Walker. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Don Walker, Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Dr. Mark Richard McClung whom she was married to for 54 years and served alongside as pastor’s wife; devoted and loving Mom to her daughters, Anna Marie McClung, Jennifer Renee Woodfolk and husband Ryan, and Mawmaw to her grandchildren Chloe, Kendall, Selah, and Rowan; brothers, Delbert Walker and Rick Walker; sisters, Marietta Gawthrop and Rexanna Knighting.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, August 16, 2024 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison, Va. Interment will be in Ruckersville Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm. at the funeral home.
