Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Anna Gean Garrison; son Wayne Garrison, daughter Michelle Taylor (spouse Kevin Taylor), and son Brian Garrison; and grandson Logan Taylor. Mike is also survived by his sister Elizabeth Smith (spouse Dennis Smith) and brother Leonard Garrison, Jr. (spouse Teresa Garrison). Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 5th at Mt. Moriah United Methodist Church, 4492 Garth Road, Crozet VA 22932. Mike’s close friend Charles Rosson will speak. Family and friends are invited to gather for food and time together at the church hall afterward.
