Millie Marie Lanford

Millie Marie Lanford, 80, of Mallory’s Ford Road, died on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at her residence. Millie was born on April 17, 1944, in Charlottesville, and was the daughter of the late Mathe A. McGhee and Hazel Johnson McGhee. She is also predeceased by her husband Robert Morton Lanford.Millie is survived by a daughter Sharon Rose Lanford and her husband Andy Franco of Mallory’s Ford; a granddaughter Margaret Marie Gay; and a sister Doris A Mawyer and her husband Lacy of Lynchburg.
A memorial time of reflections will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon at the Preddy Funeral Chapel in Orange.
