Penny Marie Bell

Penny Marie Bell, 56 of Reva, Va. passed away on Friday, August 25, 2023 at her home. She was born on October 22, 1966 to the late Wilson Smith and Marie Sallie Smith. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Jane Smith.

She is survived by her husband, Marc Graham Bell of Orange, Va.; daughter, Dakota Bell of Barboursville; son, Zachary Bell of Orange; sister-in-law, Cyndi Hartman of Barboursville, mother-in-law, Debbie Bell of Orange; sisters, Betty Hurt of Madison and Joyce Woodward of Orange; grandchildren, Lucas Bell, Joshua Bell, Braedyn Stephenson, Isabella Siquentes, Colby Johnson, Landon Johnson and a number of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, August 28, 2023 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison with interment in Criglersville Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the funeral home.
