Randolph “Randy” Scott Garr, Sr., of Gordonsville, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at his home.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at Preddy Funeral Home in Gordonsville. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Louisa. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
