Robert Singleton

Robert Beverly Singleton, 87, of Unionville, Va. passed away at his residence on Saturday, August 24, 2024, surrounded by family. He was born in Arlington, Va. on October 22, 1936.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Singleton, second wife, Joann Singleton, son, Bubba Moore, grandson, Bobby Moore, and great-great grandson, Bransen Miller.

He is survived by his wife, Joanne Singleton, daughters; CeAnn Garr and Felicia Taylor, sons; Billy Singleton and William Singleton, step-daughters; Beverly Paxson, Frances Minnitte and Patricia Welsh, brother; J.B. Singleton and sister; Marion Duff. Bobby was a loving and caring Grandpap to twenty grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. 

Bobby loved fishing, camping, and reminiscing and would help anyone at any time. He was long time retired from the insulation industry. 

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at the Hillcrest Memory Gardens, 4160 Rixeyville Road, Jeffersonton, Va.

The family expresses their many thanks for his care from Hospice staff, doctors and nurses.
