Sarah Marie Watson

Sarah Marie Watson, 75, of Mason Lane, Orange, died on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at her daughter’s home. She was born on October 25, 1947 in Orange County and was the daughter of the late Charles Carlin Mason and Mary Elizabeth Seal Mason. She was also predeceased by her husband Stephen A. Watson; a sister Betty M. Bober; and two brothers Robert C. Mason and William S. Mason. She was retired from Ridgid Kollman in Orange.

She is survived by a daughter Debra L. Watson of Madison; five fur grand children Zuri, Patches, Miss Kitty, Alley and Bailey; a brother John B. Mason of Orange; and three sisters Peggy M. Shifflette of Rochelle, Shirley M. McClary and husband John of Gordonsville, and Doris M. Morris and husband Clifton of Charlottesville.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2023, at 3:00 P.M. graveside at the Graham Cemetery in Orange. Rev. Kyle Clements will officiate. Preddy Funeral Home of Orange is assisting the family.
