Steven Lee Gallihugh, 56 of Madison, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023. He was born on April 28, 1967 to the late William Shirley Gallihugh and Madelyn Delcie Gallihugh. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Carole Pullen and brother, Eddie Tester.
He is survived by his daughters, Ashley Nicole Brown and husband Jeremy and Laura Ann Gallihugh; brothers, Wayne, Paul, Ronnie Gallihugh and Donald Tester; sisters, Judy Metcalf, Nancy Rogers, Linda Ladd, Debbie Kutz; grandchildren, Summer Leanne Weakley, Desiree Nicole Brown, Rilee Grace Myers, Chase Owen Brown, and Serenitee Rayne McCloud and significant other, Tammy Ann Gallihugh.
A celebration of life will be at a later date.
