Whitney Randolph Barker

Whitney “Whit” Randolph Barker passed away suddenly Saturday April 27, 2024 while at work.

He was born to the late Randolph Rhodes and the late Donna Agnor Ham Barker on June 23, 1969.

“Whit” worked for the Waynesboro Water Treatment plant. He enjoyed traveling to see his son play baseball for the University of Lynchburg. He LOVED volunteering for the community. He was a coach for the quarterback club. He LOVED to hike and maintained the trail for the Tidewater region. He also coached Baseball for little League. He was very active in the community.

Surviving family includes his wife Peige Owens Barker and son Jacob “Jake” Barker; sister, Dr. Stephanie Barker of San Antonio, Texas.

All services will be private.
